The basics

Scavhunt 2008 will be a weeklong event. You will have one week to gather the items and prepare responses. You may form teams of at least 4 people and no more than 8. Your group may be made up of anyone between the ages of 12 and 30, from church, school, sports teams, or family. Each team must pick a name. At the beginning you will be presented with a list. At 7pm on the final day your team is required to present themselves with all of your items for submission. The evening will be given over to Judging. The judges will judge each item by item. It is the judge’s discretion whether to award points or not.

You have 2 weeks to register a team. Register a team by emailing 08scavhunt@gmail.com with the subject [Register: (teamname)] . During the course of the hunt, there will be a need for the judges to communicate with you and you with them. So you should choose an email that is going to be checked frequently. A team of mixed ages and genders will help.
